I saw Katie Piper walking down the high street today and it reminded me that I hadn’t mentioned that I went to “My Beautiful Ball”, an event held in aid of The Katie Piper Foundation a couple of weeks ago. It was a really beautiful event held in central London at The Savoy (a hotel I have dreamed of visiting). I thought you might enjoy some photos.
The dress I’m wearing is one of our own creations, it’s not completed yet – but I was only given a days notice before the ball and this was all we had! It’s a black bodycon dress with a gold-sequin inner to the floor. We plan to add some gold letters to the waistband. To follow the fashion side of what I do, click here.

I feel like I’m catching onto this very late in the game, but aren’t these amazing?! Apparently out in Mexico they make their own EXTREME pointy boots.
As a girl thats trade mark shoes are her white pointy winkle-picker brogues…I feel they will never feel the same again. I need to get to the next level of point.
You can buy one of these for $200. It’s made with 40 paper-thin flexible photo-voltaic panels, which are sewn over your normal bikini using soft-conductive thread. So when you’re in the sun, you can charge your iphone, or maybe even your camera – anything that charges with a USB connection.
The guy who designed this – Andrew Schneider, is currently working on iDrink. A beer cooler powered by a pair of mens trunks…
